Sugar Free Crepe Recipe

This crepe recipe is so good that you won’t even notice it doesn’t have sugar!

Sugar seems to be in just about everything, even homemade recipes. Sugar is known to be linked to heart disease, morbid obesity, and type 2 diabetes. Watching out for mine and my boyfriend’s health I have started to cut sugar out where we can. Luckily it doesn’t have to ruin our favorite Sunday breakfast! This is a great sugar free crepe recipe that I have been using for years vs the sugar containing recipe and no one is the wiser. Right now, I am using dairy free butter and oat milk. But this has been made with dairy butter and soy milk as well as cow milk and the results are the same… a delicious breakfast. Serve with whipped cream and berries for a sweet crepe or for a savory crepe ham and cheese. Any way you choose to enjoy this recipe I am positive it will become a staple recipe in your kitchen!
